The team of Software Services da Homine Tecnologia, specialized in software development, maintenance and improvement, concluded last year the implementation of three more IT projects at SPC Brasil. In total, 12 development and improvement projects have already been delivered in the various systems and platforms of SPC Brasil, since the institution became a Homine client in 2021. The most recent involved the Consumer Portal, O Entities Portal and the Institutional Website.
The Consumer Portal brings together all the information of the individual or legal consumer in SPC Brasil, such as Positive Registry data, payment history, restrictive and registration data, among others, so that the consumer has access to their entire credit history in SPC Brazil. In the project, the Software Services team of developers redid the front end of the system, based on the definitions of the SPC Brasil team. In total, the project took eight months.
For the Entities Portal, intended exclusively for partners and entities linked to SPC Brasil, improvements and adjustments were implemented. “We had a large backlog of improvements and corrections to make that were very important for SPC Brasil and the portal users”, highlights Neimar Rampazo, manager of Software Services. Among the activities, the mobile version was implemented, improvements to the chatbot and user profile. Over the course of nine months, the team dedicated itself primarily to backlogs with greater impact, considerably reducing emergency requests. After this period, the service became part of the Portal's support.
In parallel to the Portal Entidades project, the Software Services team also worked, in partnership with SPC Brasil marketing professionals, to redesign and optimize the technical structure of the Institutional Website, in order to improve the performance and appearance of the website.
“They were all successful projects, with deliveries on time, helping SPC's marketing area to achieve important annual goals. We remain responsible for providing the Institutional and Portal Entidades support service, which demonstrates customer satisfaction with the work carried out”, concludes Neimar.
In order for the objectives to be achieved, a squad hybrid, formed by Homine developers, the IT and Marketing areas of SPC, with Homine management supported by the client.
