HomSoft User Meeting brings together customers and discusses the advancement of inbound automation solution in SAP

On the morning of July 27th, at its headquarters in Barueri, São Paulo, Homine Tecnologia held the HomSoft User Meeting. The event was attended by the Homine team and clients such as KHS and Mercado Livre, which use HomSoft – Homine Tecnologia's proprietary solution for automation inbound of electronic fiscal documents (NF-e, NFS-e and CT-e) in the SAP ERP.

According to Márcio Gilio, creator of the event and operational manager at Homine, one of the objectives of the meeting was to promote benchmarking among HomSoft users, with the exchange of ideas between customers, in addition to presenting the development path of the solution for the biennium 2023 -2024. “It was also an opportunity to listen to our customers and their suggestions for improvements, which will go a long way towards fueling our decision-making regarding the advancement of the tool in the future”, assesses the manager.

Eder Duarte, IT leader at KHS, participated in the meeting and highlighted the purposeful tone of the meeting. “I am sure that the discussions we had will result in further advances towards the solution”, highlights Duarte. “Homine's willingness to consider different points of view creates an environment that encourages us to share our needs and suggest improvements, with the ultimate goal of making the best use of the HomSoft solution”, concludes.

Recently, HomSoft underwent an update of its functionalities in order to improve the user experience and make the management and automatic entry of electronic tax documents even more efficient and agile.
