The solution HomSoft, developed in 2010 by Homine, automates data entry into the SAP system, especially for goods received (MIGO) and tax and accounting entries (MIRO). The solution – an ADD-ON that can be integrated with the SAP platform – is in its 2nd version, is used by large companies in Brazil and has news for 2018.
According to Rafael Beretta, Homine's New Products coordinator, the area is developing new applications for HomSoft, which will soon be incorporated into the solution. “We will introduce inventory control functionality and a system to process invoicing within the program, adding more convenience and advantages for users”, points out Raphael.
The product currently has several functionalities, including yard control, which records all movement of transport trucks and goods within the company, which can be integrated into the vehicle weighing scale.
O HomSoft, in addition to automating data entry that was previously performed manually, acts as a “tax auditor” of commercial transactions. This is because the solution validates the tax data previously described in the invoice, by tracking the XML files during their processing between the supplier, the Treasury Department (Sefaz) and the customer.
“With this, the program anticipates possible transaction errors before the product is physically delivered, avoiding rework; and if everything is right, HomSoft stores the data for later automatic entry into the system, as soon as the physical entry takes place”, explains Beretta.
In 2018, Homine intends to increase the customer base that uses the solution. The commercial strategy is supported by new implementation plans, focusing on large corporations and also on medium-sized companies.
