HomSoft expands functionality in new standard version

New updates such as the fiscal auditor, daily reports and Miro Park reinforce the efficiency, precision and agility of the processes for automatically entering invoices in the SAP ERP

HomSoft, our automation solution inbound of electronic invoices in ERP SAP, has just gone through an update of its functionalities. The objective was to improve the user experience and make the management and automatic receipt of electronic tax documents (NF-e, NFS-e and CT-e) even more efficient, accurate and agile. Among the updates built into the model standard of the solution, the following stand out:

. Tax auditor: this functionality performs the automatic comparison of the taxes listed in the XML of the invoice in relation to the purchase order, anticipating errors and informing them, via automated e-mail, to the competent areas of the company and/or suppliers. The auditor detects inconsistencies before any action in SAP, preventing erroneous entries and rework and ensuring tax compliance.

. Daily reports: HomSoft provides a daily and updated report with all pending items related to tax documents that need to be addressed and resolved. This report integrates the solution's cockpit and is displayed as soon as the user logs in to the tool, offering a quick view of invoices that still need to be processed or validated.

. Miro Park: the functionality saves a pre-editing of the standard MIRO in SAP, that is, it works like a normal MIRO, however it does not generate accounting entries. With this, the user verifies that the invoices are correct before launching them in the system, being able to change fields, avoid errors and guarantee data compliance.

. Triangular operation: HomSoft performs the automatic receipt of invoices for a triangular operation – a more complex transaction that involves several organizations and billing and shipping invoices. The functionality simplifies and automates this tax entry process in SAP.
