Homine announces the creation of the International Board and changes in the organizational structure

A Home Consulting informs its employees, customers and partners about its new Organizational Structure, valid as of today, as a result of strategic planning discussions for 2018.

Partners Horácio Menin, Ricardo Seiko and Alfredo Menin, after more than 15 years of dedication to the company's strategy and operations, decided to continue contributing to the development of Home Consulting under a new organizational structure, in which the three partners will be focused on the challenge of defining and implementing the company's growth strategy.

One of the defined strategic actions is the creation of the International Accounts Department, whose focus will be the expansion of business in the American and European markets and consolidation in Latin America. The then Delivery Manager and PMO of homine, José Geraldo Garcia, who becomes responsible for the relationship and maintenance of the company's global clients.

Another important decision is the changes in the SAP Support and Product Coordination. Rubens Neto assumes the entire coordination of SAP Support in place of Rafael Beretta, who is dedicated, from now on, to the great challenge of his career, which will be to build and maintain the New Products area of homine.

These changes signal Homine's great challenge, which is to maintain customers and partners with a high level of satisfaction in relation to the company's deliveries and, above all, to remain a reference in the market for the new customers and partners that will come over the course of 2018 and 2019.
