The solution Tax Compliance<\/strong>, which is part of Avalara's tax journey, is one of the focuses for generating new business. The tool consolidates tax and accounting data from the ERP, calculates taxes and generates obligations at federal, state and municipal levels. A difference is the routine updating of the system (twice a week), quickly incorporating legal changes and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another prominent solution is the AvaTax Brazil, <\/strong>a powerful calculation engine that automatically simulates and determines indirect taxes on goods and services in the purchase and sale processes. \u201cBy adding Tax Compliance with AvaTax, the purchasing, tax and accounting areas no longer need to worry about new developments in the Brazilian legal framework and changes in tax rates, as the solutions are always up to date and available in the cloud for users\u201d<\/em>, adds Ruiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O TaxDocs 2.0<\/strong> is Homine's third major front to serve customers well, especially those who use SAP ERP. The system automatically manages XML files for commercial notes (NF-e), service notes (NFS-e) and transport notes (CT-e), integrating, for example, with HomSoft<\/a>, a solution developed by Homine to automate the processes of receiving electronic tax documents and physical receipt in SAP ERP (Migo and Miro processes). \u201cHomine has already carried out several analyzes in which the combination of TaxDocs with Homsoft drastically reduced GRC replacement costs. This is good news for SAP customers who will need to make a decision about which tool to adopt after the end of GRC support next year,\u201d<\/em> says Ruiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solutions that complement Avalara's tax journey in the cloud and integrate Homine's tax offering pipeline include Tax Central<\/strong>, responsible for centralizing the management of various compliance obligations, through a due date calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
