In April, Homine renewed its brand and launched a new website, changing the name to Homine Tecnologia. The changes reflect the evolution of its service portfolio over the years and the focus on the digital transformation of customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this interview, the CEO Horacio Menin<\/strong> (photo) brings more details about these changes, explains how SAP services \u2013 for which the company is a reference in the IT market \u2013 are within the new structure and gives clues about the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Homine is in a new moment, with a new website, renewed brand and expanded portfolio of solutions and services. What motivated these changes and where does the company want to go in the future?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

What moves us are our customers, who point out their challenges and thus motivate us to continuously seek to improve internal processes, our management, as well as the complementarity of the technological solutions and services we offer. We follow the path of technological innovations, such as those promoted by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, which are revolutionizing business processes and driving digital transformation in companies. To help us on this path, we combine the experience of senior professionals with that of new talent, in order to generate a positive impact on current and future clients.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The company is incorporating the offer of new technologies to its scope of solutions and services, reinforcing development projects. How are SAP services within this structure, since Homine is a long-standing reference in providing services focused on ERP?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our services complement each other, not compete with each other, as we have companies that seek us out to explore the potential of an ERP such as SAP and that are also looking for solutions that automate repetitive processes and optimize their routines, seeking to increase business efficiency through of technologies such as RPA, Chatbots, Artificial Intelligence and others. It is important to emphasize that we have expanded our range of services without losing our objective way of executing projects, always seeking transparency and simplicity. Our differential continues to be the strong partnership with customers, collaborating and participating in their digital transformation strategies and always aligned with their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Homine currently offers solutions and services based on numerous technologies, such as Cloud, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, IoT and others. Can we say that this expansion of the portfolio resulted in a greater versatility of the company, adding new partners, with specific knowledge, to structure and guarantee the quality of deliveries?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Yes, partnerships are fundamental for our journey to be carried out in a realistic way, in line with the latest in the world of IT and technology, always with a total focus on the quality of delivery. The incorporation of professionals with these new requirements and specific talents reinforce the versatility of our team and our strategy in the market, making us more competitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Homine has developed IT and technology projects for large companies such as Mercado Livre, steel wool<\/a>, SPC Brazil<\/a>, AgroFresh and others. In your opinion, will digital transformation projects that use AI, RPA and Chatbots, for example, also spread among medium and small companies in the coming years? Is Homine preparing to serve this market share?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Certainly. Today we have larger customers who are very important to the company and we continually seek to charm them to become partners and not just an IT supplier. At the same time, Homine has been preparing to serve Small and Medium-sized Companies (SMEs), which represent a huge percentage of financial transactions and which will also invest in process automation and customer service support, among other fronts, to be increasingly competitive. A recent survey by Deloitte showed that 7 out of 10 companies in Brazil intend to invest in Artificial Intelligence in 2023.
