In September 2020, ENCAT and the Treasury Department issued the Technical Note 006 - Creation and Update of Validation Rules (Operation Intermediary - Marketplace and others)<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In general terms, the guideline introduces new fields for issuing invoices with an intermediary or marketplace, in addition to new payment options, validation rules and rejections. The biggest news of NT 2020.006<\/a> is the creation of an indicative field for operations with an intermediary or marketplace for electronic invoices, due to the growth of this type of transaction in Brazil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Technical Note has already undergone two updates \u2013 version 1.10, from February this year, and version 1.20, published in March. Document definitions especially affect model 55 of the Electronic Invoice (NF-e) and model 65 of the Electronic Consumer Invoice (NFC-e). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
