The implementation of the solution was coordinated by Homine and concluded in September. The project included support in integrating messaging with Btech&#039;s new ERP, with the incorporation of new processes.<\/p>\n<p>Our consultants worked together with teams in France and Portugal, responsible for Btech&#039;s new ERP project, advising them on necessary adjustments to the system to comply with Brazilian legislation. <em>\u201cWe provided full support on tax adaptations, registrations, rejection rules established by the Treasury Department and other important technical issues\u201d<\/em>, highlights Homine&#039;s Electronic Documents coordinator, J\u00falio C\u00e9sar Correia.<\/p>\n<p>One of the challenges, according to Correia, was to transmit the changes and specificities of the location in Brazil, that is, how tax calculations are made in the country, which is very different from Europe. <em>\u201cWe conducted our communication with them in French and this turned out to be crucial in helping them understand the processes\u201d<\/em>, observe.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe Homine team supported us throughout the project and especially in the go live, with quality support and professionals committed to delivering solutions to customers\u201d<\/em>, highlights Patr\u00edcia Quitzan, general manager of Btech in Brazil.<\/p>\n<h3>Signature at Btech<\/h3>\n<p>The Signature solution is used by thousands of companies in 12 countries in Latin America.
